  9. I had a similar problem and solved it by putting novasync.exe in my 
  10. windows system directory along with winsock.dll and wlibsock.dll.  It 
  11. turns out that wlibsock.dll calls novasync.exe.  (Before I did this, I 
  12. could get mosaic to work but not wsgopher.  Now everything works fine.)
